The HOA is managed by the Board of Trustees elected by the homeowners. There are 3 committees: Rules, Maintenance, and Architectural Review. The amenities are available to owners, tenants, and guests of both. All Beach Plum rules are outlined in the Owner Handbook and the Tenant Handbook. Please use the Issues & Complaints Form versus emailing people on the HOA or a committee.

Maintenance
Our Maintenance Committee works with the property manager and contractors in an effort to keep Beach Plum a beautiful community. The team also works on long term capital projects.
Rules
The Rules Committee works with the community in an effort to refine the rules for our community. The committee makes recommendations to the Board for approval.
Architecture
All changes made to a property must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Many projects will also require town approval.
