The HOA is managed by the Board of Trustees elected by the homeowners. There are 3 committees: Rules, Maintenance, and Architectural Review. The amenities are available to owners, tenants, and guests of both. All Beach Plum rules are outlined in the Owner Handbook<\/a> and the Tenant Handbook<\/a>. Please use the Issues & Complaints Form<\/a> versus emailing people on the HOA or a committee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Maintenance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Our Maintenance Committee works with the property manager and contractors in an effort to keep Beach Plum a beautiful community. The team also works on long term capital projects. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Rules<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Rules Committee works with the community in an effort to refine the rules for our community. The committee makes recommendations to the Board for approval.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Architecture<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

All changes made to a property must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Many projects will also require town approval.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
