There are 3 committees: Rules, Maintenance, and Architectural Review.  The amenities are available to owners, tenants, and guests of both.  All Beach Plum rules are outlined in the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/beachplumcommunity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Beach-Plum-Village-Owner-Handbook-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Owner Handbook<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/beachplumcommunity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Beach-Plum-Village-Renter-Handbook-2023.pdf\">Tenant Handbook<\/a>. The team also works on long term capital projects.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"rules\">Rules<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rules Committee works with the community in an effort to refine the rules for our community.  The committee makes recommendations to the Board for approval.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"architecture\">Architecture<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All changes made to a property must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
